Lamb

Our pasture-raised lamb is raised on diverse grass pastures with finished with no supplemental grain. Our mild-flavored hair sheep are rotationally grazed across our farm, helping build healthy soils while enjoying fresh pasture throughout the season. The result is nutrient-dense lamb you can feel good about serving your family. Our first batch of lambs will be born at Hope Rock Farm in the spring of 2027. We hope to offer whole lambs and lamb cuts later in the year.
